Cost of shipping - up to £60 - £5; up to £300 - £10; Up to £700 - £20; up to £999 - £40. Shipping is free on orders over £1000 inc. VAT.
Goods are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. However delays may occur which are outside our control. Some products are special order and may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Products can only be shipped within the UK. If you are outside the UK please contact a dealer within your own country.

Returns

We will offer a full refund or replacement of a faulty product.
Chairs for Backs will bear the cost of postage for the return of faulty goods.
We will refund non-faulty/unwanted products which are returned to us in saleable condition, within 30 days of receiving the goods. Due to the bespoke nature of this product, exchanges are not normally offered but please enquire to see if this is possible.
The purchaser is responsible for the delivery cost of returning non-faulty or unwanted products.
